HOW IT WORKS

Appraisal Setup

1. ‘Name’ the appraisal
2. Define ‘answer type’
3. Add ‘respondents’
4. Select ‘questions’ from a database of categories and questions
5. Add ‘questions’ or edit those selected
6. Compile ‘covering email’
7. ‘Submit’ the appraisal whereby the respondents receive theemail with the link to do the appraisal
